Why this exists

I'm Abhey — a software engineer, not an agency. Before ReviewsFlow I spent three years as tech lead at a pathology-lab software company, building the systems labs run on every day: lab management, inventory, payments and reporting. Years before that, billing and inventory software for small businesses.

Working inside the lab business, the pattern was always the same: a good lab, full of patients in the morning, invisible on Google, and the owner's own number doing duty as the 'official' WhatsApp. The patients were already there. The revenue was leaking on the way out.

ReviewsFlow is one tool that catches the leak — bookings, reports, reviews and repeat-visit campaigns, all on the WhatsApp thread the patient already has with you. I build it from Mumbai, a few kilometres from the labs it serves.
