Q01What is the official WhatsApp Business API and why should a lab care?
It is Meta's sanctioned channel for business messaging — templates, consent records, no ban risk. Personal-number WhatsApp for patient data has none of that protection.
Q02What do WhatsApp messages cost?

Q03Can my number get banned?
