Every question we've been asked in the pilot, answered straight.

SECTION 01THE QUESTIONS LAB OWNERS ACTUALLY ASK

Is this DPDP-compliant for patient data?

Yes. Consent is captured and logged per patient, and every message rides the official WhatsApp Business API — not an unofficial bridge that risks your number.

My staff can't learn new software.

If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. The receptionist's day doesn't change; the follow-ups happen on their own.

I already have a LIMS.

Good — keep it. ReviewsFlow sits between your LIMS and the patient. Reports go out from the system you already run.

Won't patients find the messages annoying?

Patients opted in, messages are few and useful — report, review ask, due-date reminder. Opt-out is one tap and honoured instantly.

What does setup look like?

One WhatsApp call, then we onboard your number and templates. Most pilot labs sent their first automated report within a week.

Will my number get banned?

No. Consent is logged per patient, a "STOP" reply is honoured instantly, an AI monitor watches delivery and block rates, and daily send limits pace campaigns like a human — not a blast. That's the setup behind 48,600+ reports and 40,000+ campaign messages sent so far, zero bans.

SECTION 02GETTING SET UP

How long does onboarding take?

About a week from first call to first automated report. WhatsApp Business API approval is the slowest step and we run it for you.

Do I need a new phone number?

A dedicated number works best for the Business API. Your existing personal number keeps working — many pilot labs run both during transition using our Chrome extension.

Does it work with my patient data in Excel?

Yes. Import patients from any LIMS export or spreadsheet — CSV upload with column mapping, duplicates handled.

What hardware do I need?

None. It runs in the browser on the front-desk computer you already have. A printable QR stand for the counter is optional.

SECTION 03WHATSAPP BUSINESS API

What is the official WhatsApp Business API and why should a lab care?

It is Meta's sanctioned channel for business messaging — templates, consent records, no ban risk. Personal-number WhatsApp for patient data has none of that protection.

What do WhatsApp messages cost?

Meta charges per conversation. You load a prepaid wallet at cost; typical pilot labs spend far less on messages than one recovered patient bills.

Can my number get banned?

API numbers follow Meta's rules by design — approved templates, opt-outs honoured. That is the point of moving off a personal number.

SECTION 04PATIENT DATA & DPDP

Where is patient data stored?

Encrypted, in India-region cloud infrastructure. Reports live in secure object storage; access is logged per staff user.

What does DPDP compliance mean for a diagnostic lab?

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats health data as sensitive. You need recorded consent and an audit trail for every message — ReviewsFlow logs both automatically.

Can patients opt out?

One tap, honoured instantly and permanently. Opt-outs are visible in the dashboard so staff never message them manually either.

SECTION 05PRICING & BILLING

What does ReviewsFlow cost?

₹2,499 a month, one plan, all four modules. WhatsApp message costs are separate via a prepaid wallet at Meta's rates.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

Monthly. Leave any time; your patient data exports with you.

What about multiple branches?

Message the founder on WhatsApp — multi-branch pricing is worked out per setup rather than a menu.

SECTION 06CAMPAIGNS & ROI

What is a repeat-visit campaign?

An automated WhatsApp message to consented patients whose test is due — 6-month thyroid repeats, annual packages, seasonal offers. Sent in batches with per-campaign ROI reporting.

Is the 17× ROI number real?

Yes — one Women's Day package campaign at one pilot lab, spend versus billed revenue from the campaign report. Pilot range is 10–17×. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll walk through the report.

How many messages is too many?

Pilot labs send 1–3 campaigns a month plus operational messages. Deliverability and opt-out rates are on the dashboard, so you see fatigue before patients feel it.
