About a week from first call to first automated report. WhatsApp Business API approval is the slowest step and we run it for you.

Q02Do I need a new phone number?

A dedicated number works best for the Business API. Your existing personal number keeps working — many pilot labs run both during transition using our Chrome extension.

Q03Does it work with my patient data in Excel?

Yes. Import patients from any LIMS export or spreadsheet — CSV upload with column mapping, duplicates handled.

Q04What hardware do I need?
